The Golden Age of CroNous came to an end and the Period of Chaos when gods who created the universe were fighting with each other. This is also the time when evil forces created a crystal of powers called ‘Primodium.’ It was one of major causes of bringing the chaos to the continent. Three gods foreseen upcoming chaos and ordered a 3rd class god to destroy the Premodium.
Third class god lost all of his powers as they fall into tricks of Arkmodeum who worshipped Macuapel blindly. Facing his death, he hurried and looked for a hiding place. He had no choice to hide in last refuge which was the formidable and powerful weapons he carried. He concealed his spirit in those weapons and fell into a long deep sleep.
Though he fell in a deep sleep, his mission to destroy Premodium was strongly written in his mind, waiting to be awakened to complete it. |

When the weapon his spirit is concealed comes to contact with a fragment similar to his soul, it triggers transformation to his original form with his complete full power.
Arkmodeum feared that 3rd class god would be awakened and he deeply buried the weapons which part of his spirit is concealed with hoping that people will forget that these ever existed. Not only Arkmodeum buried these weapons but he created similar weapons and released these all around Cronous.
However, these fake weapons disappeared with the outbreak of the Tartanos War and the advent of Premodium. People named these formidable weapons that 3rd class god rests “Growth Weapon.” These weapons will be awakened only by a true hero.

Adjust the amount of EXP you want to share with the Growth Item. |

Click on the red orb to distribute 80% of EXP gained to your character and 20% to your Growth Item. |

Click on the red orb to distribute 70% of EXP gained to your character and 30% to your Growth Item. |

* Basically, Experience Control is set at 70:30 rates. You should be reminded that you have to make sure that level of the Growth Item does not exceed the level of your character. |

Experience and Stamina |
 |
A Growth Item has stamina just like a character. When attacked by monsters or influenced by strange energy, item’s stamina diminishes and finally to the point of death if not taken care of. While an item is in sleep, its stamina does not diminish.
|
|
|
It also gains experience together with the character it is equipped with. When the items gains experience, it grows and its abilities such as the success rate, attack speed, a range, and etc. increases as well. As it grows, its appearance changes and new abilities are added
|
|
You can restore its stamina with Water Drop of Growth. It can be combined using Tear of Growth and Growth Dust at the Growth Spring located at Sitis Terra. Tears of Growth can be obtained at Montanus Temple and Growth Dust at the Ma-dravas.
Click and drag the Water Drop of Growth and click again over the equipped Growth Item to restore stamina.

Naming a Growth Item |
|
If a Growth Item becomes a Perfect Form, you can engrave a name on it. To name a Growth Item, go to NPC Frederik, an arms dealer in CroNous Castle. It will become a unique item in CroNous name by you! (Expense: 100 thousand Cro).

① Click on NPC Frederik at Castle Cronous and click on ‘Name’ button. |

② Click on ‘Growth Item Naming’ |

③ Enter the name you want to engrave then click OK. (Max. of 10 characters) |

④ Confirm the name once more and click OK. |
|
* If you do not log in and connect using the character carrying the Growth Item for more than 15 day, it will die. |

Growth Spring |
 |
You can resurrect or transform the Growth Item into Perfect Form at the Growth Spring. It is located at Sitis Terra and Castle Unos.
When the stamina of Growth Item is diminished completely, concealed spirit will be released and only 80% of its power can be used. You can resurrect a dead Growth Item using the Soul Stone as shown by formula below at the Growth Spring.
