at croNous payment result page even after payment was successfully made at Cherry, please log out and log in again. Then, go to
'Accounts' -> 'My Account' to check your 'Payment History'.
If you do not still see the payment record you just made, please report it through 1:1 Question including following information:
1. Date
2. Amount
3. Merchant Transaction ID
4. Cherry Exchange Transaction ID
Enter your Cherry ID and Password then click Go.
Check the Transaction ID and Amount.
If information is correct, enter your Security PIN using the keypad and click Confirm.
Check if the transaction is successful or not.
Check Merchant and Cherry Transaction ID.
Check the amount.
Be sure to click on Return to Merchant. Do not close your browser before returning to croNous website.
